Typical prices for delivery are worked out on a weight/size basis for UK mainland delivery and come with insurance as standard.
As a guide, prices usually cost between £8.50 and £16.50
Some larger or heavier items may exceed that amount and some items, due to their size and/or weight are collection only.
If you are thinking of purchasing an item you see please contact me to confirm a price and I will be able to give you the exact amount the same day. I request a deposit of £25 for new customers and Items are usually sent by Parcelforce or DPD and are tracked and insured, I aim to deliver within 3 working days of receiving full payment.
Please note that as an Eco -Friendly business I try to use previously used packaging when at all possible and look to source other packaging that uses re-cycled products.
General Terms
Please bear in mind that my work are given an Antique or Vintage feel to them which means that it is more than likely to look as though it has signs of "wear and tear" which I hope you like as much as me.
Payment and Refunds
I will accept 14 day returns for any reason from the day of delivery with a discretionary full, or partial refund.
Please note that the buyer will be responsible for return transportation costs in the unlikely event you are not totally satisfied with the item, I kindly ask that the item is returned in the same condition as sold.
If you request a bespoke finish/amendment on an item for sale, I'm afraid my return policy will not be valid on that specific item.
If you want me to hold on to any item that you have bought for collection at a later date then my return policy will not be valid on those items for more than 14 days from the actual date of purchase.
